...simply excellent early new wave/synth-based post-punk 7'',
which was pressed in white vinyl...although to be honest,
i'd prefer it if they had spent the money in the sound engineering, instead of the color... :-)
Their equally excellent Heart In Flames can be found over at Capa Nostra Syndicate...
PS:...all nice things come to an end eventually in this world,
and this post marks the beginning of the reverse countdown...
I've already extended this blog's life way more than what was my original intention,
thereby i'll post few stuff which i've been already requested and/or promised to do so,
and that's all there is to it...for purely symbolic reasons,i'll try reaching the 200 posts... ;-)

SO sad to hear that it as the end soon.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is one of my favourites. It is really nice and highly appreciated.
Hopefully if you have other In Aeternam Vale it is always so nice to hear. Their work is so rare and hard to find
All the best
Natacha

Excellent single. Why not keep on posting great stuff? Anyway, thank you very much for all your gems!
ReplyDeleteTo Natacha and Anonymous:
ReplyDelete"More In Aeternam Vale...",hehe,ok,
i'll try to figure out something for you guys/girls... ;-)
To Capa Nostra Syndicate:
...except from 'Dirty Love',something else will also come up,
that you've probably been searching for...
Allow me to keep it secret for now though - it will be a surprise ;-)
To Roach and oldskool:
i'm seriously running out of time with daily life issues,
i've been unemployed throughout these latest months, which meant plenty of spare time,
that's not the case anymore though...not much i can do about it i'm afraid :-/
Another reason is...although quite a few people have the luxury,
to buy rare and expensive vinyls over at eBay/Discogs etc,
it's more or less the same guys/girls around,
who dig/post/rip "new" material all the time...
What i'm trying to say is...i feel i've done my duty,
giving something back to the 'community',
if i could even call it that way...at least for the time being...
