In short: except from the tracks taken from 'Plaster Falling' and 'Pop Surgery',
(both of which can be found in their complete form over at Mutant Sounds),
you get about 35 extra minutes of music,taken from John Bender 's tape recordings...

His music is alright. It isn't bad at all. But, I think too many were putting an awfull amount of hype behind it.

Thing is,even in the case of illegal bootlegs of his works,
you'd have to spend way lots of money...couple of examples:
